How our services work: Design / Build

After an initial phone interview, we schedule an appointment at your home to discuss the project. There is no charge for this initial appointment. At the site we review your ideas in further detail, take some notes and possibly few photographs of the project area.

In some cases, a set of specifications in working drawing form will be needed to accurately bid any sort of room addition, custom home, or large interior remodel. ArchiDesign can provide prospective clients with any required drawings necessary for construction and estimating. Many types of projects don’t require plans. We can provide written estimates for any project you have.

If the client decides to proceed with the design and planning phase for projects that require plans, we will develop a rough draft, incorporate all client revisions and assemble a finished set of plans. We then submit an estimate based on those specifications.
